We spend extensive time helping you explore all of the home building options and make decisions on every detail, starting with the floor plans. We pride ourselves in offering only the best in Custom Systems Built Housing. Our houses are built to the same Residential Building Code (B.O.C.A) as any other Stick Built Home in your area offering the same Name Brand materials.
Our philosophy is that building a home, although always filled with tough and challenging decisions, should be enjoyable and exciting. Everyone from the Mid Star Team, our subcontractors, and suppliers, are committed to being your partner from conception to closing.

Built Indoors
Traditional stick builders are at the mercy of the weather conditions. Rain, snow, and wind can be some of the most damaging problems that are confronted. To eliminate these elements, our homes are all built indoors under a temperature controlled environment.
Even the best carpenter makes it fit
When a rough carpenter frames your house, how will you know that 2X4 stud that was 1/4" too short was not installed? With a Systems Home jigs are used to make sure the walls are straight and square. All studs are mechanically cut to length before installation. Learn more about System Built Houses

We have enjoyed many years of satisfied customers who have built their dream homes with us. We started out with our first model center in Coldwater, Michigan and have now added another location in Cement City, Michigan near the intersection of US 127 and US 12 to better serve our customers.
